Lack of joy

Post Example: I am really struggling to find daily joy. I generally focus on the negative to begin with, so seeing any silver lining in anything is a very difficult struggle that I have had for most of my life.

Are there any practical tips anyone can share to help me look in the right place to find joy again? Please help!
